Patrick seems to have difficulty understanding seller's preposition and blame us for rejecting buyer's application to sp services. We fully aware that the takeover will not affect our account. All we ask is basic manners to inform us of the intention before application. We are also buyers and we treat our stakeholders with respect. After we tried to explain, instead of a humble response, Patrick add on more unpleasantness to the situation by not listening and blaming us as unreasonable seller. Patrick does not need another positive review or more business in future by creating more tension on such a matter with the client who engages you. He certainly does not care about the level of stress we face during our transition. Very unwise, unkind and unprofessional.
