Our agreement is non-exclusive, meaning you have the flexibility to engage other agents to sell the unit as well if you so desire. We believe in providing you with choices and options that suit your preferences.

To make the most out of our meeting, we request you to tidy up the place, as we will be taking some captivating photos for our marketing efforts on-site. Stunning visuals are key to showcasing your property's best features and attracting potential buyers.

Our experienced team will guide you through all the necessary paperwork that is required and we will provide you with the support you need every step of the way.

Property Viewings

Once we kick off our advertising efforts, your property will be showcased across multiple portals, maximizing its visibility, and reaching a wide pool of potential buyers. As we receive inquiries and interest in your property, we will promptly get in touch with you to arrange viewing timings.

Here is where our approach sets us apart from traditional property agents - we understand the value of your time, and instead of being physically present during the viewings, we trust you to show the unit to the prospects.

This allows as many prospects as possible to visit your place, since viewings are tailored to both your availability. This also maximizes the chances of finding the perfect buyer.

Negotiation

Once potential buyers start expressing interest in your unit, we swing into action by initiating negotiations with each prospect. Our aim is to assess their level of interest and commitment, all while keeping your desired selling price at the forefront of our discussions.

Throughout the negotiation process, we prioritize clear and transparent communication. Any prerequisites you may have for the sale will be conveyed to prospective buyers, ensuring that your needs are fully understood and considered.

Closing

To initiate the deal, we will work diligently to get the prospective buyer to sign and pay for the option to purchase. Once this critical step is completed, we will then handle all aspects of the transaction with utmost care and attention to detail.

Our dedicated team will follow up with the buyer to facilitate the downpayment and guide you through all the necessary paperwork required for the sale of your unit. Transparency is crucial, and we want to assure you that our fee is only applicable when the final sale goes through successfully.

You will be charged a fixed price of $1,999 (GST applicable) for HDB or a fixed price of $4,999 (GST applicable) for condo, only upon the successful completion of the sale.
