Dunman Road GLS Overview

The Dunman road GLS site is a highly anticipated land plot. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched this residential site at Dunman Road for sale by public tender on 14 March under the Confirmed List of the first half 2022 (1H2022) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The land parcel, measuring 271,619 sqft, is the largest private residential development site (excluding Executive Condominium sites) to be offered for sale in the past two years. With a plot ratio of 3.5 and a building height limit of 64 metre above mean sea level, about 1,040 housing units could be developed on this Government Land Sale (GLS) site. The tender will close on 2 June 2022.
