📌Myra, Park Colonial, Woodleigh Residence Review

Today we’re doing a one-minute review on three Potong Pasir Condominiums. They are the Myra, Park Colonial and Woodleigh Residence. These are three very distinct condos that are suitable for different buyer profiles. So which buyer profile and condominium project will suit you?

All three condos are located in Potong Pasir, and their show flats are side-by-side. This facilitates comparison between the three projects. In fact, comparing them is a perfect case study for questions like:

  • Is Freehold or 99 years better?
  • Do you prefer big versus small projects?
  • Do you prefer mixed development or normal condominiums?

These three projects all have great locations that are very near to MRT and good schools.

📌Key differences between Myra, Park Colonial and Woodleigh Residence

Woodleigh Residence is 99 years mixed development with two levels of a shopping mall. It is a big project with more than 600 units and directly linked to MRT or bus interchange. Because of this, buyer profiles will likely be investors who want to rent out units easily. Buyers could also be young couples who want maximum convenience at their doorstep.

We have Park Colonial on the other side of Woodleigh MRT. This is a 99 years pure residential project with more than 800 units. This will attract buyers who want full condo facilities with lower maintenance fees.

Next, we have a freehold boutique apartment with only 85 units. This is Myra, right opposite Poiz Residence or Poiz Centre, which is linked to Potong Pasir MRT. The buyer profile will likely be freehold fans and those who want a quieter environment who do not mind having fewer or minimum facilities.
