Parc Central EC is located in Tampines Avenue 10, right opposite United World College. It is a short distance from Our Tampines Hub or Tampines Regional Centre.

Nearby good schools include Poi Ching and St. Hilda Primary, within 1-2 km from Parc Central.

📌 Tampines Masterplan

Tampines residents can look forward to more facilities and parks, as there will be a new HDB town in Tampines North. The cycling network will be tripled to 21km by 2022 and a new Tampines North MRT station on the Cross Island Line.

With the upgraded cycling network, you can cycle with ease to 3 MRT stations:

• The nearest MRT station is at Tampines West(DT31), at 1.54km from Parc Central
• The Tampines MRT (EW2, DT32) interchange for East-West and Downtown line is 1.68km from Parc Central
• The newest Tampines North MRT (CR6) is 1.75km from Parc Central

All are within 2km from Parc Central residence.

These upgrades will have an impact on the future value of Parc Central.

📌 Parc Central Pricing

An executive condominium is priced 15 to 20% lower than comparable new private condos. But not everyone can buy an EC, as you need to be qualified by HDB first.

The estimated average pricing is around $1,100 per square foot. This price is much lower than nearby new launches, such as Treasure at Tampines ($1,348 psf) or The Tapestry ($1,324 psf). Nearby older completed condos, like The Alps ($1,173 psf) and The Santorini ($1,151 psf) are also selling around an average of $1,100 per square foot.

For first-time home buyers, it is a perfect option because it is affordable. You can also apply for CPF Housing Grant and deferred payment. For existing HDB owners looking to upgrade to EC, no Additional Buyers Stamp Duty (ABSD) is required.
